My company name transparendia is formed from transparency and dialogue – and it is from this that my guiding principle “transparency through dialogue” is derived. This means having open, structured conversations that cut through complex situations and conflicts, creating the clarity needed for sound decisions and lasting solutions.
HR Interim Management – I am broadly experienced as an HR generalist and specialized in Compensation & Benefits. In my current projects, I support companies in simplifying complex processes, developing clear job architectures, and designing more effective compensation frameworks. Through focused dialogue, I create transparency that enables well-founded decisions and measurable improvements in processes and resource allocation
Mediation – My focus is on business mediation. I guide teams through conflict situations using structured and facilitated dialogue that fosters understanding and brings forward joint solutions. This reduces tensions, strengthens relationships, and sustainably improves collaboration.
